Security and Escrow System

dMarqt secures transactions using an escrow system that holds funds until the product is confirmed shipped or issues are resolved with a refund.
When a buyer places an order, the payment is held in an escrow smart contract. These funds are not released to the seller until the buyer confirms the order as shipped, or automatically after 30 days if no shipping confirmation is received.
If there is a dispute, such as proof of shipping from the seller without buyer confirmation, a support team member will resolve the issue and ensure the funds are released to the rightful party.
